Job summary

Oxymoney IT Infrastructure seeks a Senior System Engineer to manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure, installing, configuring, testing and maintaining operating systems, application software and system management tools to ensure high availability.

The role covers incident/service request fulfillment, asset configuration, license reporting, vendor coordination and IT service desk collaboration, with hands-on experience in Windows, Ubuntu and Office 365 environments.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Graduation in Computer/Science background or BE/BTech in CS
• Diploma/BE/BTech preferred; MCP, CCNA, ITIL certifications are a plus
• 0–6 years experience in IT company preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide IT Service Operation support including Incident and Service Request fulfillment
• Collate and process IT Asset Configuration and Inventory
• Submit software license related reports
• Coordinate with IT vendors for support and services
• Act as single point of contact for Service Desk incidents and requests
• Maintain knowledge of network issues and Email clients like Google Workspace, O365

• Provide Support to end user for Incident and Service Request Fulfillment
