Job summary

Computer Ware (India) Pvt. Ltd., New Delhi, invites applications for a System & Network Admin / Sr. Engineer role. The candidate will oversee ITIL-based service delivery across networks, servers, email, backups and security.

The position involves direct interaction with senior management and requires desktop, server and networking proficiency with familiarity in hypervisors and security tools.

Qualifications

• Educational qualifications include BSc, BTech or 3-year diploma.
• Desktop knowledge: Outlook, OS-related issues.
• Server knowledge: Windows Server 2016/2019/2021, AD, DHCP, DNS, Hyper-V or VMware.
• Familiarity with UTM/Firewall (Fortinet/Sophos/SonicWall).
• Backup solutions and antivirus/patches experience.
• CCNA or Microsoft certification preferable.
• Strong communication in English; ability to interact with foreign clients.

Responsibilities

• ITIL-based service delivery for networks, servers, and email.
• Manage server and network infrastructure and security.
• Coordinate with senior management and clients.
• Respond to server, mail, networking, and desktop related calls.
• Continuous knowledge upgrade via in-house and online resources.

Job description

Profile: System & Network Admin /Sr. Engineer/ Sys Admin Profile with great desktop skills ( hardware, software, networkingand mail support)plusskills to handle server level problems andnetwork security related issues.

Summary

You would be responsible for ITIL Based Service Delivery inclusive of Networks, Servers, EMail, Backup, Security administration and Management.

Will be closely working with IT Management tools used by SME and PSU to centrally manage deployed IT resources

Will be expected to communicate directly with Sr management at Client end.

JobProfile:

ITIL Based Service Delivery

Server administration and management

Networking management, monitoring, working with hypervisor, VMs etc.

Acronis Backup solutions- setting up, maintenance, trouble sheeting

Installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of Firewall applications

EMail security / network security applications

LAN/ WAN/SAN configurations and design

Expected to interact with Sr. Management – mature, professional, sensible and proactive attitude

Will attend to server, mail, networking, desktop etc. related calls

Constant upgradation of knowledge thru inhouse and internet resources

Desired Skills and Experience

1. Educational Qualification: (BSc, BTech, 3 yrs Diploma)

SALARY: starting at 4 LPA or better

Candidate Profile:

• Relevant working experience for 3-6 yrs
• Knowledge and hands on experience on Serverhardware fundamentals(Raid and installation), Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, Hypervisor
• Basic Knowledge ofNetworkingshould have worked with on Router, Switch,UTM(Fortinet, Sophos or any other UTM)
• Good hands-on experience/ knowledge on DesktopFundamentals, Outlook, O365, GSuite
• English Communication Spoken/ writtenshould be good
• Ideally prefer permanent residents of Delhi – else should be staying in South/ Central Delhi or at close distance to the Yellow Metro line
