Job summary

Techsol Infosec in Ambarnath, Maharashtra is seeking a System Engineer to join the Technical / IT Infrastructure team. You will provide technical support, maintain IT infrastructure, and troubleshoot hardware/software issues to ensure smooth IT operations.

The role requires 1–3 years of experience, a strong foundation in Windows OS, AD, networking, and the ability to work independently across multiple technical issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field.
• 1–3 years experience in IT support/infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Active Directory and networking concepts.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, servers, and network devices.
• Provide Level 1/Level 2 technical support to users.
• Troubleshoot Windows OS, hardware, software, printers, and peripherals.
• Configure and manage Active Directory, user accounts, permissions, and group policies.
• Monitor LAN/WAN connectivity and basic network infrastructure.
• Perform system updates, patches, antivirus checks, and routine maintenance.
• Troubleshoot TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and other network issues.
• Maintain IT asset records and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware, software, and infra issues.
• Ensure timely closure and documentation of support tickets.
• Follow IT security policies and best practices.
• Assist with backup and cybersecurity activities.

About the Role

Qualification
