Job summary

Interactive Manpower Solutions is seeking a System Administrator to be based in Makarba, Ahmedabad on site. The role involves rotational shift, 6 working days, and full-time employment, handling L2 incidents and infrastructure tasks.

You will administer M365, AD, Azure AD, and cloud environments, manage servers, networking gear, backups, and security controls. Strong English communication and 4–6 years of relevant experience are required, with preference for UK/US/Australian client exposure.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of system administration or IT support experience.
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure AD, and Cloud technologies (Azure/AWS).
• Knowledge of networking, firewalls, VPNs, virtualization, and endpoint management.
• Experience with backup, recovery, security, and infrastructure monitoring tools.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM/ticketing systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Experience supporting UK, US, or Australian clients is preferred.
