Job summary

Indovance Inc is seeking an IT Administrator to manage and maintain Windows Servers, AD, and Microsoft 365 in Pune, Maharashtra. The role involves troubleshooting, software deployments, backups, security, and documentation of configurations.

You will coordinate with vendors, provide L2/L3 support, and ensure disaster recovery readiness. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of experience and a Bachelor’s/Diploma in CS/IT, with strong communication and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• Experience in Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Knowledge of Exchange Online and Entra ID administration.
• Familiarity with DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and network services.
• Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions and security practices.
