Job summary

Interactive Manpower Solutions is seeking a System Administrator to provide L2 support and manage cloud and on‑prem infrastructure in an onsite Ahmedabad environment. You will handle incidents, service requests, and routine operations.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years in system administration, strong M365/AD/Azure skills, networking and security experience, plus excellent English communication. UK/US/Australian client experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of System Administration or IT Support experience.
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365, AD, Azure AD, and Cloud Tech (Azure/AWS).
• Networking, firewalls, VPNs, virtualization, and endpoint management knowledge.
• Experience with backup, recovery, security, and monitoring tools.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM/ticketing systems.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Experience supporting UK, US, or Australian clients preferred.
