Persistent is seeking an experienced PeopleSoft FSCM Functional Consultant to support Grants Management and Project Costing across India. You will analyze business requirements, design functional solutions, and ensure the stability of critical financial operations.

The role requires 6–10 years of hands-on FSCM experience with strong documentation, testing, and cross‑functional collaboration with Finance, Grants Management, Project Accounting, and IT teams.

Qualifications

• Strong functional FSCM expertise in Grants Management and Project Costing.
• Experience gathering requirements, solution design, configuration, and testing.
• Hands-on experience with PUM upgrades and regression testing.
• Understanding of Grants lifecycle, project accounting, budgeting, and cost management.
• Experience creating functional design documents and technical specs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Functional SME for FSCM Grants and Project Costing modules.
• Analyze business requirements and identify opportunities for improvements and enhancements.
• Design functional solutions and prepare specifications for development teams.
• Configure, test, and deploy FSCM enhancements.
• Support PUM upgrades, patches, regulatory updates, and enhancements.
• Conduct SIT, UAT, and regression testing.
• Troubleshoot production issues and resolve promptly.
• Collaborate with Finance, Grants Management, Project Accounting, and IT teams.
• Support integrations, data conversion, reporting, and interface requirements.
• Provide off-hours support during critical grants processing and month-end/close.

About Position:

We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive PeopleSoft FSCM Functional Consultant to support and enhance PeopleSoft FSCM applications with a focus on Grants Management and Project Costing. The role is responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing functional solutions, supporting system enhancements, and ensuring the stability and efficiency of critical grants and financial operations.

• Knowledge of PeopleSoft Query, Security, Workflow, and Integration Broker.
• Ability to manage production support, issue analysis, and root cause resolution.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and problem‑solving abilities.
