Qualificações

• 2–3 years of system administration or IT support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Windows Server and Active Directory.
• Hands-on networking, hardware and software troubleshooting experience.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

Manage and maintain desktops, laptops, servers, and operating systems.

Configuring and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, DNS and DHCP networks.

Providing Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for hardware, software and network-related issues.

Perform software installation, system updates, and routine maintenance & provide technical support to faculty, staff, and administrative departments.

Coordinating with vendors, maintaining IT documentation and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in System Administration or IT Support.


• Good knowledge of Windows OS, Windows Server, and Active Directory.


• Hands-on experience in networking, hardware, and software troubleshooting.


• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
