Greythr in Bengaluru is seeking a Senior System Administrator to manage and optimize our IT infrastructure. The role requires hands-on experience with Windows and Linux servers, Active Directory, and network services to ensure high availability.

You will monitor performance, implement security and backup strategies, handle virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and coordinate with teams and vendors to keep systems secure and reliable.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of hands-on experience in system administration or IT infrastructure management.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server and/or Linux administration.
• Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and user access management.
• Knowledge of server monitoring, backup solutions, patch management, and IT security best practices.
• Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Good troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
