Job summary

DentCare Dental Lab Pvt.Ltd. in India seeks an IT Administrator to manage Windows/Linux servers, desktops, and IT infrastructure.

You will monitor networks, servers, systems, and applications to ensure high availability and performance. You will install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems and devices; manage Active Directory, email, access control, and security policies; perform backups, patching, antivirus, and security monitoring; support LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls, and connectivity;

Qualifications

• IT degree as stated (CS/IT/related).
• Experience maintaining Windows/Linux servers and desktops.
• Experience with AD, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and networking.
• Knowledge of virtualization and server monitoring tools.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Windows/Linux servers, desktops, laptops, and IT infrastructure.
• Monitor network, servers, systems, and applications to ensure availability and performance.
• Install, configure, update, and troubleshoot operating systems, software, hardware, and IT devices.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, Active Directory, email, and security policies
• Perform system backups, recovery, patch management, antivirus, and security monitoring
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and system-related issues within defined timelines.
• Maintain IT assets, system documentation, configurations, and inventory records.
• Support LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, firewalls, switches, routers, and connectivity
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT procurement, maintenance, and technical support
• Implement and maintain IT security, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity procedures
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and organizational procedures
• Provide technical support and guidance to employees and internal teams
