Job summary

Axis My India Limited is a leading consumer data intelligence company in India, driving data-driven decisions. The role covers IT infrastructure management, server administration, and user support across on-prem and cloud services.

You will maintain AD, DNS, DHCP, M365, and cloud platforms while coordinating with vendors and ensuring secure, reliable operations. The successful candidate will work from the Mumbai office, with responsibilities spanning network security, backups, and end-user

Qualifications

• Experience in IT administration and user support (L1/L2).
• Strong knowledge of AD, DNS, DHCP, and GPO.
• Hands-on with Windows and Linux servers.
• Experience with cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP) and M365 suite.
• Networking basics plus FortiGate Firewall and VPN setup.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 end-user support for desktops, software, printers, and VPN.
• Manage IT assets, licenses, procurement, and vendor coordination.
• Install and support Tally Server/Client and business apps as needed.
• Maintain Windows/Linux servers: install, patch, migrate, troubleshoot.
• Configure network devices, VLANs, switches, routers, and wifi access.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Entra/Azure AD.
• Support cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP) and monitor costs.
• Monitor servers, network devices, CCTV, IP-PBX/EPABX, and storage.

• Install and support Tally Server/Client and other business applications as required.
  
• Provide technical support for AWS, Azure, and GCP cloud services, including AWS EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, and Cost Explorer.
  
• Provide technical support to users and maintain good communication, coordination, and issue resolution.
  
• Manage Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 and Linux Server environments, including installation, configuration, upgrades, migration, patching, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  
• Configure and troubleshoot LAN,WAN, VLAN, TCP/IP, Switches, Routers, wireless access points, and network connectivity.
  
• Configure and manage FortiGate Firewall.
  
• Manage NAS/SAN storage, Samba Server and access permissions.
  
• Administer Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, and Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD
  
• Manage Sophos Endpoint Security and InDefend,
  
• Provide L1/L2 end-user support for desktops, laptops, Windows, applications, email clients, printers, VPN, network, hardware, software, and access-related issues. Handle user onboarding/offboarding
  
• Manage GitHub and Jira Administration,
  
• Monitor and troubleshoot servers, switches, network devices, CCTV, IP-PBX/EPABX, and other IT infrastructure.
