Job summary

Axis My India Limited in Mumbai seeks an IT Operations Specialist to manage AD, DNS, DHCP, network devices, and security across offices. You will support Windows/Linux servers, cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP), and collaborate with vendors for licenses and procurement.

The role emphasizes end-user support, asset management, and timely issue resolution while upholding data integrity and reliability in a fast-paced consumer data environment.

Qualifications

• Provide L1/L2 end-user support for desktops, laptops, and software applications.
• Maintain Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and GPO configurations across the network.
• Ensure network security including FortiGate firewall and VPN access.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services, Exchange Online, Teams and OneDrive.
• Coordinate with vendors for licenses, procurement and billing.

Responsibilities

• Install, monitor and troubleshoot Windows/Linux servers and network devices.
• Support cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP) and cost optimization basics.
• Manage IT assets, software licenses, and subscriptions; assist onboarding/offboarding.
• Provide timely technical support to users and coordinate issue resolution.

• Provide technical support for AWS, Azure, and GCP cloud services, including AWS EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, and Cost Explorer.
  
• Provide technical support to users and maintain good communication, coordination, and issue resolution.
  
• Manage Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 and Linux Server environments, including installation, configuration, upgrades, migration, patching, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  
• Configure and troubleshoot LAN,WAN, VLAN, TCP/IP, Switches, Routers, wireless access points, and network connectivity.
  
• Configure and manage FortiGate Firewall.
  
• Manage NAS/SAN storage, Samba Server and access permissions.
  
• Administer Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, and Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD
  
• Manage Sophos Endpoint Security and InDefend,
  
• Provide L1/L2 end-user support for desktops, laptops, Windows, applications, email clients, printers, VPN, network, hardware, software, and access-related issues. Handle user onboarding/offboarding
  
• Manage GitHub and Jira Administration,
  
• Monitor and troubleshoot servers, switches, network devices, CCTV, IP-PBX/EPABX, and other IT infrastructure.
