Job summary

Axis My India Limited, a leading consumer data intelligence company, seeks a seasoned Project Manager to drive planning, execution, and delivery of strategic data projects from Mumbai. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure timely, high-quality results.

The role requires strong communication skills, experience with senior management, and a track record of delivering complex initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience preferred in similar industry.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills under tight deadlines.
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication abilities.

• Experience interacting with senior management and delivering updates.

Responsibilities

• Create a detailed project plan including scope, schedule, resources, risk management, and communications.
• Build and lead a project team, defining roles and responsibilities.
• Identify stakeholders and manage their needs and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee data collection, processing, and analysis ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Act as primary contact for CMD, manage inquiries and provide progress updates.
• Monitor progress against schedule, address deviations, and keep the project on track.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and address quality issues.
• Promote best practices through team interactions and process improvements.
• Facilitate communication among team, stakeholders and other parties.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Close out projects with post-project evaluations and lessons learned.

Requirements

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Creating a detailed project plan includingscope, schedule, resources, risk management, and communication plan.

2. Building and leading a project team, definingroles and responsibilities.

3. Identifying stakeholders, understanding theirneeds and expectations, and managing communication with them throughout theproject lifecycle.

5. Oversee thecollection, processing, and analysis of data, ensuring accuracy, integrity, andconfidentiality throughout.

6. Act as theprimary point of contact for the CMD, addressing inquiries, managingexpectations, and delivering regular updates on project progress and keyfindings.

7. Monitoring project progress against theschedule, identifying and addressing any deviations, and ensuring that theproject stays on track. Prepare a progress dashboard for the same to bepresented to the CMD periodically.

8. Ensuring that project deliverables meetquality standards and managing any quality issues that arise.

9. Ensuring identification & implementationof best practices through continuous interaction with the team

10. Facilitatingcommunication among project team members, stakeholders, and other relevantparties, and ensuring that everyone is informed and aligned.

11. Identifyingpotential risks to the project and developing strategies to mitigate or avoidthem.

12. Ensuring that allproject deliverables are completed satisfactorily, conducting a post-projectevaluation to identify lessons learned, and formally closing out the project.

QUALIFICATION& SKILL SET

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience is preferred from similar industry.
• Excellentproblem-solving, analytical skills, and be able to handle high-pressure work deadlines.
• Clear and effective written & verbal communication skills.
• Team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Experience in interactionwith senior management.
• Hands on experience with MS- Office & Project Management Tools.
