Axis My India Limited, a leading consumer data intelligence company, is hiring for a project management role in Mumbai. You will lead project planning, manage data collection and analysis, and coordinate with senior management to deliver insights and maintain confidentiality.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience preferred from similar industry.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical skills, and be able to handle high-pressure work deadlines.
• Clear and effective written & verbal communication skills.
• Team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Experience in interaction with senior management.
• Hands on experience with MS- Office & Project Management Tools.

Aufgaben

• Create a detailed project plan including scope, schedule, resources, risk management, and communication plan.
• Build and lead a project team, defining roles and responsibilities.
• Identify stakeholders, understand their needs and expectations, and manage communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee the collection, processing, and analysis of data, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the CMD, addressing inquiries, managing expectations, and delivering regular updates.
• Monitor project progress against schedule, identify deviations, and keep the project on track; prepare a progress dashboard for CMD.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and manage any quality issues.
• Identify and implement best practices through continuous interaction with the team.
• Facilitate communication among team, stakeholders, and other parties, ensuring alignment.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure completion and conduct post-project evaluation to capture lessons learned and close out.

Requirements

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Creating a detailed project plan includingscope, schedule, resources, risk management, and communication plan.

2. Building and leading a project team, definingroles and responsibilities.

3. Identifying stakeholders, understanding theirneeds and expectations, and managing communication with them throughout theproject lifecycle.

10. Facilitatingcommunication among project team members, stakeholders, and other relevantparties, and ensuring that everyone is informed and aligned.

11. Identifyingpotential risks to the project and developing strategies to mitigate or avoidthem.

12. Ensuring that allproject deliverables are completed satisfactorily, conducting a post-projectevaluation to identify lessons learned, and formally closing out the project.
