Axis My India seeks a Senior Technical Project Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of the People Empowerment Platform (Super-App) using GCP, AI/ML workflows, and Agile methodologies.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration with vendors and partners to deliver a scalable, secure, and high-availability platform while mentoring teams and ensuring timely delivery and strong governance.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of the Industry and familiarity with research products and services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement at all levels.
• Strategic thinker with ability to analyze market trends and drive growth.
• Certifications such as PMP, SAFe, GCP, ITIL are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of the People Empowerment Platform (Super-App) with timely milestones.
• Oversee cloud-native architecture on GCP, security, and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors and partners for a scalable AI-powered platform.
• Mentor technical teams and continuously improve delivery processes and cost efficiency.
• Align internal and external teams, negotiate SLAs, and manage risk.

The Senior TechnicalProject Delivery Manager will lead the end-to-end execution of the PeopleEmpowerment Platform (Super-App), ensuring timely delivery, technicalexcellence, and alignment with business goals. This role demands strong projectmanagement, cloud-native architecture expertise (GCP), and Agile deliveryleadership. The manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors,and partners to deliver a scalable, secure, and AI-powered platform.

Requirements

Project & Delivery Management

• LeadAgile-based project execution across scope, schedule, cost, and quality.


• Manage CI/CDpipelines, DevOps practices, and performance monitoring.


• Ensure timelydelivery of milestones and risk mitigation.

Cloud-Native Architecture & Development

• Optimize AI/MLworkflows, data pipelines, and real-time analytics.


• Ensure secure,scalable, and high-availability architecture.


• Ensure seamlessintegration of tools like BigQuery, Vertex AI, Looker, and Jenkins.


• Driveobservability, automation, and performance optimization.


• Collaboratewith system integrators, Google Cloud partners, and consultants.


• Conducttechnical due diligence and negotiate SLAs and contracts.


• Align internaland external teams for smooth execution.

Security & Compliance

• Enforce SSDLC,cloud security, and data privacy standards.


• Implementdisaster recovery and failover strategies.


• Monitorcompliance with GDPR and other regulatory frameworks.

Leadership & Process Improvement

• Mentortechnical teams and promote Agile, DevOps, and innovation.
