To leadsurveillance and enforcement activities across the paymentecosystem by ensuring adherence to compliance policies,regulatory requirements, and organizational standards. The rolefocuses on monitoring compliance, identifying risks, drivingcorrective actions, and promoting a strong compliance cultureacross stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • • Implementpolicies and procedures to ensure compliance adherence withinthe organization
  • • Monitorprocesses to ensure compliance with applicable federal, state,local laws, regulations, policies, and procedures
  • • Establishcompliance standards across the payment ecosystem
  • • Ensurecompliance programs are effective and efficient
  • • Plan,coordinate, and conduct regular compliance assessments toidentify risks arising from non-compliance
  • • Recommendprocess improvements and corrective actions
  • • Monitor andanalyze deficiencies and irregularities from a complianceperspective and provide effective solutions
  • • Liaise withinternal and external stakeholders to improve compliance adherence
  • • Drive andpromote a compliance culture across the payment ecosystem
  • • Provide updatesand publish compliance reports covering status, key issues, andviolations to senior management
  • • Provide inputsfor revision of Policy / SOP / PG based on current business requirements
  • • Participate inreviews and share updates on non-compliance
  • • Investigate andact on compliance-related matters as per policy
  • • Ensure breachesand incidents are properly monitored, managed, documented, and reported
  • • Take enforcementaction against non-compliant entities identified throughsurveillance or internal reporting
  • • Proactivelyidentify potential red flags and mitigate risks before escalation
  • • Engage withecosystem participants and bring in best practices in compliance
  • • Perform the roleof a checker for various processes and sub-processes
