Indium Software is hiring an experienced IM Platform Support Engineer in a hybrid setup across Hyderabad/Bangalore/Chennai. The role requires 5+ years of experience, a rotational 24/7 shift, and strong production support for Investment Management platforms and related data flows.

You will troubleshoot incidents, perform intermediate SQL queries, and support API-based data gathering and system-to-system integration.

We are looking for an experienced IM Platform Support Engineer to join our team. This is a techno-functional production support role focused on Investment Management platforms, financial applications, integrations, and critical data flows.

Role: IM Platform Support Engineer

Location: Hyderabad/Bangalore/Chennai

Experience: 5+ years

Shift: Rotational 24/7, including weekends

Work Mode: Hybrid

Key Responsibilities

• Provide production support for Investment Management (IM), Capital Markets, and Trading platforms.
• Troubleshoot application issues and analyze incidents to minimize business impact and ensure compliance with SLAs.
• Perform Intermediate SQL queries for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Support API-based data gathering, integration, and system-to-system communication.
• Use basic Python or Java scripting to assist with troubleshooting, automation, and operational tasks.
• Support application deployments and troubleshoot deployment-related issues in Kubernetes environments.
• Manage incidents end-to-end, including incident identification, investigation, resolution, escalation, and documentation.
• Troubleshoot application and infrastructure issues in Linux/Unix environments.
