• Diagnose and resolve application-related issues reported by customers in a timely manner to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
• Understand customer concerns, analyze the reported issues, and gather the required details to identify the root cause.
• Identify possible solutions and provide appropriate guidance or workarounds to customers.
