Job summary

Yokohama-ATG in Mumbai is seeking a Dispatch Planner to manage demand planning and distribution across Europe warehouses, coordinating with sales and SCM teams. You will monitor replenishments, oversee order fulfillment, and ensure OTIF targets through effective planning and ERP usage.

The role requires 2–3 years in supply/demand planning, hands-on ERP experience, and strong Excel/MS Office capabilities within a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in supply/demand planning with strong systems/processes.
• Hands-on experience in any ERP.
• Familiarity with Navision is an added advantage.
• MS Office and Analytics skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Demand Management: collaborate with Sales on forecasts.
• Consolidate forecasts at SKU–Warehouse level; ensure supply against demand within lead times.
• Plan distribution requirements from India/Israel plants to Europe warehouses to optimize service levels and cost.
• Manage weekly replenishment planning to warehouses based on latest demand and supply.
• Oversee order fulfillment, processing and delivery for direct distributors from manufacturing sites.
• Monitor supplies with PPC to achieve targeted OTIF.
• Prepare weekly status updates for direct customers and Europe SCM team.

Job Role : Dispatch Planner

Delivery Planning & Execution

Key Stakeholders (Option depending upon the role): Frequency (Occasional/Frequent/Continuous)

3: Duties & Responsibilities (List in the order of importance the duties & responsibilities of this job)

• Demand Management: Collaborate with the Sales Team on short term and long terms forecasts.
• Consolidation of the forecasts at SKU-Warehouse level. Prepare supply coverage against the demand within lead time and resolve supply issues involving the customers as well as back end supply chain.
• Distribution Requirement Planning: Plan distribution requirement to the Europe warehouses from the supply locations (India plants, Israel plant) with an objective to achieve optimum service levels & cost.
• Manage weekly Replenishment Planning process to the warehouses: Arrive at the weekly replenishments based on the latest demand and supply situations in order to optimize inventory and service levels.
• Order Fulfillment: Manage the order commitment, order processing and order delivery processes for the direct distributors from the manufacturing locations.
• Monitor the supplies in co-ordination with the PPC team in order to achieve the targeted OTIF level.
• Weekly making status updates for our direct customers and Europe SCM team. Collaborating with them for problem solving.
