Job summary

Yokohama-ATG is seeking a Production Planner in Mumbai to develop and manage production plans across multiple plants, aligning with sales demand and delivery commitments. Strong ERP and MS Office skills are essential, with preference for Tire industry experience.

The role requires 2–4 years in manufacturing, leadership ability, and excellent communication. Collaboration with multiple departments is a key part of ensuring on-time material and product flow.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree required.
• 2–4 years in manufacturing environment.
• Hands on experience with ERP systems.
• Tire industry experience preferred.
• Experience in leading a team.
• Proficient in MS Office, including Excel macros.

Responsibilities

• Production planning for all YOHT plants based on sales demand.
• Provide order promising based on customer requirements, plant capability, and incoming infrastructure.
• Monitor and follow up production schedules with plants to meet customer deadlines.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Purchasing, Technical, Plant Engg, Project, IED, and other departments to meet demand.
• Master data management: maintain SKUs and production data for new and existing products.

• Production Planning – To make the production plan of all YOHT plants based on sales demand.
• Order Promising: To provide the product availability as per customer’s requirement considering the current plant capability and incoming infrastructure plant.
• Monitor & follow up the production schedules with Plant as per customer’s requirement.
• Coordination with all concerned Deptt. Like Marketing, Purchase, Technical, Plant Engg, Project, IED etc. To meet the demand.
• Master data management : Responsible for managing all existing skus and new introduced skus with all production related fields.
