Qualifications

• Graduate in Commerce / Engineering / Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

• Collect and consolidate forecasts from sales, marketing, and e-commerce teams.
• Review historical data, trends, and market insights to support accurate demand projections.
• Coordinate with the demand planning team for SKU-wise requirement mapping and availability planning.
• Coordinate with the dispatch/logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products as per regional allocation.

Designation: Associate Manager- Demand Planning

The Demand Planner will support the supply chain planning function by consolidating demand, coordinating dispatches, and ensuring supply alignment with business needs. This role requires strong coordination across functions including sourcing, sales, production, and logistics to enable seamless execution and efficient inventory management.

Demand Planning

• Assist in collecting and consolidating forecasts from sales, marketing, and e-commerce teams.
• Review historical data, trends, and market insights to support accurate demand projections.
• Coordinate with the demand planning team for SKU-wise requirement mapping and availability planning.

Dispatch Planning

• Coordinate with the dispatch/logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products as per regional allocation.
• Prepare dispatch schedules based on regional demand and inventory levels.
• Track in-transit goods and elevate any delays or discrepancies.
• Support fulfillment of orders for new product launches, high-volume SKUs, or seasonal spikes.

Inventory Management

• Assist in reviewing and managing stock levels across locations.
• Monitor slow-moving inventory and coordinate with relevant teams for clearance strategies.
• Support monthly inventory reporting and reconciliation.

Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholder

Preferred candidate profile:
