Job summary

You will manage planning, governance, impact reporting, and stakeholder engagement to ensure compliance with Schedule VII and corporate standards. The incumbent will coordinate MoUs, monitor budgets, develop dashboards, and maintain documentation for audits

Job Purpose

The role supports the planning, coordination, and execution of CSR programs and site-level projects aligned with Hindalcos CSR framework and unit priorities. It is responsible for supporting the complete project lifecycle, including baseline assessments, NGO coordination, MoU management, documentation, monitoring, impact assessment, and stakeholder engagement. The position works closely with internal departments, local communities, government administration, and implementation partners to ensure successful and sustainable CSR outcomes.

The position operates within the CSR and community engagement function of the Speciality Alumina Belagavi unit. The job contributes to:
