Job summary

HDB Financial Services Ltd. is seeking a CSR professional to manage a portfolio of social initiatives across state and regional levels in Uttar Pradesh. The role involves coordinating grant processes, field monitoring, and ensuring compliance with CSR guidelines.

You will drive MIS reporting, support volunteering activities, and collaborate with teams to deliver impactful CSR programs across multiple thematic areas.

Job description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist the team with sourcing, evaluating and onboarding potential project partners
• Conduct due diligence as per the Company Grant Assessment Framework
• Facilitate execution of grant agreements, track pay-outs, and drive activities as per project schedule
• Conduct extensive visit to field for project monitoring purposes
• Maintain MIS with complete and accurate information for all projects
• Extend operational support required to drive employee volunteering initiatives

MANDATORY SKILLS REQUIRED

• Document positive stories of change for internal and external communication
• Prior experience of working in a CSR & Sustainability department of a Company
• Should be able to navigate between multiple projects across thematic areas
• Sound knowledge of CSR rules and management of grant
• Should hold a Bachelors degree, preferably in social sciences or NGO management
