Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as social work, management, or development studies.
• 1 to 3 years of CSR, NGO operations, or project execution experience.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with structured tracking and follow-ups.
• Basic understanding of CSR compliance and reporting standards.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Docs, and basic reporting dashboards.
• Willingness to travel for field visits and on-ground execution.
• Strong communication skills for documentation and partner coordination.
