Job summary

Drishti Consultants Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a CSR program professional to coordinate grassroots project execution near Pune's manufacturing area. The role focuses on coordinating education, health and hygiene, skill development, women empowerment, and environmental sustainability initiatives.

You will work with NGOs and local partners, monitor site progress, maintain MIS records, and support audits and reporting while engaging employees through volunteering and community outreach activities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day grassroots implementation of CSR programs focusing on education, health & hygiene, skill development, women empowerment, and environmental sustainability.
• Work closely with implementation partners, NGOs, local community leaders, and execution agencies.
• Regularly visit project sites near the manufacturing plant to track progress, verify milestones, and ensure proper utilization of funds.
• Maintain accurate documentation, MIS reports, attendance sheets, beneficiary data, utilization certificates, and audit trails required for statutory CSR reporting.
• Assist in organizing employee volunteering events, plant-level community outreach, and awareness drives.
• Help track fund disbursements, invoice processing, and financial accounting against approved annual CSR budgets.
