Job summary

Stockarea is seeking a Supply & Infra Manager - West to plan and optimize warehouse infrastructure, select 3PL partners, and manage vendor relationships. The role requires 4–8 years of experience and full-time availability in the Bhiwandi region.

You will negotiate contracts, oversee construction and layout, and drive cost-saving initiatives while coordinating cross-functional teams to meet business goals. Proficiency in Excel/Word and inventory systems is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of warehouse infrastructure design and optimization.
• Expertise in 3PL operations and contract management.
• Proven skills in vendor sourcing, negotiation, and relationship management.
• Commercial acumen with cost analysis and budgeting capabilities.
• Project management and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• MS Excel & MS Word and Email communication skills.
• Should have excellent computer knowledge to effectively utilize inventory management systems, generate reports, and optimize warehouse operations using software and technology.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and maintain warehouse infrastructure to ensure operational efficiency.
• Evaluate and select 3PL partners based on service capabilities and cost effectiveness.
• Manage end-to-end vendor relationships, including onboarding, performance, and compliance.
• Negotiate contracts and commercials with suppliers and service providers.
• Monitor warehouse construction, layout design, and equipment installation.
• Oversee sourcing strategies to ensure timely procurement of materials and services.
• Ensure 3PL operations meet quality, cost, and delivery benchmarks.
• Analyze cost structures and implement cost-saving initiatives across warehouse operations.
• Conduct periodic vendor audits and risk assessments to ensure reliability and compliance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to align infrastructure and sourcing plans with business goals.
