Job summary

Seoul Dak is seeking a Supply Chain & Procurement Manager to oversee end-to-end procurement, inventory, warehousing, and distribution for QSR operations across multiple outlets. The role focuses on cost control, vendor management, demand planning, and uninterrupted supply while maintaining quality and food safety standards.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supplier onboarding, negotiations, demand forecasting, inventory controls, logistics coordination, and compliance with FSSAI

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in QSR / FMCG / food manufacturing in India.
• Strong exposure to high-volume, multi-location operations.
• Experience with ERP systems (Odoo / SAP / Tally / similar).

Responsibilities

• Source and onboard suppliers for raw materials, packaging, and non-food items.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and credit terms to optimize procurement costs.
• Monitor supplier performance, lead times, quality, and compliance.
• Identify alternative vendors to mitigate supply risks and price volatility.
• Plan demand forecasting in coordination with operations and store teams.
• Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts, overstocking, and wastage (especially perishables).
• Oversee central kitchen / warehouse stock and inter-store transfers.
• Implement inventory controls and cycle counts.
• Manage transportation and last-mile delivery to QSR outlets.
• Coordinate with logistics partners and cold-chain vendors.
• Ensure timely deliveries aligned with outlet requirements and service levels.
• Support new store launches with supply chain readiness.
• Ensure adherence to FSSAI, food safety, and internal quality standards.
• Track procurement costs, wastage, and inventory KPIs.
• Prepare MIS reports and present insights to management.
