We are looking for a Procurement Operations Executive to keep day-to-day supply running smoothly

across Curefoods brands. You will track inventory, raise purchase orders on time, follow up with vendors

until material is delivered, and act as the link between procurement, the central kitchens/warehouses and

the operations team. This role suits someone who follows process with discipline, stays calm while

handling many things at once, and speaks up when a process can work better.

Job Description

Inventory tracking

• Track daily stock levels of key items at central kitchens and warehouses against reorder levels and consumption.
• Flag low stock, excess stock and near-expiry items early to the Procurement Manager and operations.
• Reconcile system stock with physical stock and help resolve gaps.

Purchase orders

• Raise POs on time in the ERP/PO system based on indents, forecasts and agreed vendor rates.
• Make sure every PO follows the approved process: correct vendor, rate, quantity, delivery date and approvals.
• Maintain PO trackers and close POs once GRN and invoices are matched.
• Follow up with vendors on order confirmation, dispatch and delivery timelines.
• Escalate delays, short supplies, rate mismatches and quality rejections quickly, with a clear summary and options.
• Coordinate with vendors and finance on GRN, invoice and payment queries.

Coordination

• Act as the single point of contact between procurement, central kitchens/warehouses and the operations team for daily supply issues.
• Share daily status on open POs, expected deliveries and stock risks.
• Support new launches and peak-day planning by tracking extra requirements and delivery readiness.

Process improvement

• Follow the defined procurement SOPs and guidance consistently.
• Spot recurring problems (delays, errors, manual steps) and give clear, practical feedback on current processes.
• Suggest and help implement simple improvements to trackers, checklists and workflows.

Pre Requisites

• 1-3 years of experience in procurement, purchase operations, inventory or supply chain, ideally in food, QSR, FMCG or e-commerce.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets (lookups, pivots, trackers).
• Hands-on experience with an ERP or PO system.
• Disciplined in following set processes, with strong attention to detail.
• Problem-solving mindset: finds the root cause and a fix, not just the issue.
• Able to multitask and prioritise when several urgent requests come in at once.
• Clear, prompt communication with vendors and internal teams; persistent in follow-ups.
• Graduate in any discipline; a supply chain or commerce background is a plus.
