You will champion digital transformation (ERP, AI/ML, automation) and ensure compliance with relevant regulations while guiding a high-performing team toward ambitious

Qualifications

• 15+ years of supply chain leadership experience.
• Experience in manufacturing or green-field projects preferred.
• Awareness of GST, customs, and trade compliance is advantageous.

Job Summary

To lead and transform our end-to-end supply chain operations. Responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing the end-to-end supply chain strategy to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels. The role involves managing procurement, inventory, logistics, warehousing, demand planning, and vendor relationships while ensuring compliance with Indian regulatory requirements and alignment with the organizations business goals with a track record of leading high-performing teams in a complex, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership

• Develop and execute the overallsupply chain strategyto enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
• Align supply chain goals with business objectives, ensuring scalability and sustainability.
• Drivedigital transformation(ERP, AI/ML, automation) to optimize supply chain processes.

1. End-to-End Supply Chain Management

• Overseeprocurement, logistics, warehousing, inventory management, and distribution.
• Ensure seamless coordination betweensuppliers, manufacturers, and customersto meet demand.
• Implementbest-in-class practicesin demand planning, S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning), and supplier collaboration.

1. Cost Optimization & Risk Management

• Identify cost-saving opportunities intransportation, warehousing, and procurementwithout compromising quality.
• Developrisk mitigation strategiesfor supply chain disruptions (geopolitical, supplier failures, demand fluctuations).
• Ensure compliance withlocal and international regulations(GST, customs, trade laws).

1. Supplier & Vendor Management

• Leadsupplier negotiations, contract management, and performance evaluations.
• Build strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure reliability and cost efficiency.
• Drivelocalization and sustainable sourcinginitiatives.

1. Team Leadership & Development

• Mentor and lead a high-performingsupply chain team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Define KPIs, monitor performance, and implement training programs for skill development.
• Collaborate withcross-functional teams(Finance, Sales, Manufacturing, IT) to ensure alignment.

Qualifications

15+Yrs supply chain leadership, preferably inmanufacturing, Exposure of working in a green field projects. Educational qualification: BE /M.Tech in Mechanical engineering or MBA in Supply Chain Operations. Certifications likeCSCP, CPIM, Six Sigma is an added advantage.

Skills and Competencies

• Deep knowledge ofprocurement, logistics, inventory control, and demand planning.
• Digital & Analytical Skills: Proficiency inERP (SAP), data analytics (Power BI, SQL), and automation tools.
• Financial Acumen:Strong understanding ofcost structures, budgeting, and P&L impact.
• Regulatory Knowledge:Familiarity withIndian and global trade compliance (GST, EXIM, Incoterms).
