Job summary

Jimis Burger is seeking a procurement leader to oversee end-to-end sourcing for outlets and central kitchen. You will drive supplier selection, negotiation, and performance, while coordinating with logistics and operations to ensure timely deliveries and best-in-class quality.

The role emphasizes inventory planning, market price tracking, and strict adherence to compliance standards, enabling cost efficiency across all procurement activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in QSR, FMCG, F&B procurement or central kitchen operations.
• Strong vendor negotiation and contract management skills.
• Hands-on in inventory planning, demand forecasting and cost optimization.

Responsibilities

• Procure food ingredients, packaging, kitchen equipment and operational supplies for outlets and central kitchen.
• Identify, evaluate and negotiate with vendors to ensure quality, price and timely deliveries.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with outlets to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Track market prices and identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining standards.
• Ensure proper procurement documentation, and compliance with FSSAI and vendor policies.

Job description

Responsible for procurement of food ingredients, packaging materials, kitchen equipment and operational supplies across outlets and central kitchen.

Manage vendor identification, evaluation and negotiation to ensure competitive pricing, quality and timely delivery.

Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with outlet teams, manage procurement planning and prevent stock shortages or overstocking.

Track market prices and identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards.

Manage monthly procurement spend of approximately 80 lakh1 crore, ensuring effective cost control and timely procurement.

Coordinate with logistics and operations teams for timely deliveries and ensure purchase documentation, FSSAI and vendor compliance.

Candidates with experience in QSR, FMCG, F&B procurement or central kitchen operations will be preferred. Experience handling 80 lakh–1 crore monthly procurement will be preferred.
