Job summary

Mealzy in Coimbatore is building a personalised meal prep service with daily cooking and delivery. You will own logistics and operations across kitchen, purchase, delivery, and lab relations as we expand to include blood testing and wearable tracking.

You must be a relentless doer, comfortable starting early and handling odd hours, with strong Tamil and English communication and a knack for turning problems into repeatable processes in a fast-moving team.

We're doing personalised meal prep in Coimbatore, cooked and delivered daily. Over the next few months we are adding blood testing and wearable tracking on top, building towards a preventative care platform. Around 200 customers, small team, we're building fast.

The role

You'll own logistics and operations across kitchen, purchase, delivery, relations with labs and more.

• Manage inventory and purchase
• Ensure smooth operations following standards in kitchen by chefs
• Manage delivery fleet, routes and schedules
• Turn every recurring problem into a checklist so it stops recurring
