Job summary

NeoDocs, backed by Y Combinator and Omidyar, seeks a highly motivated candidate to lead supply chain and operations in India. You will drive procurement, inventory management, and logistics, partnering closely with the founders to build affordable, accessible diagnostics for every Indian.

You will oversee vendor relationships, implement efficient stock practices, and optimize shipping across domestic and international channels to support rapid growth in the health-tech space.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Manufacturing operations.
• Proficiency in ERP software (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite or equivalents) and advanced Excel.
• Strong problem-solving and vendor negotiation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Procurement & Sourcing: identify and onboard reliable vendors; negotiate rates to optimize costs.
• Inventory Management: maintain optimal stock levels; implement JIT or similar methods to reduce holding costs.
• Logistics & Dispatches: manage domestic and international shipping; track lead times and minimize transit delays.

diagnostics, by bringing the lab to your phone. Founded by IIT Bombay alumni, NeoDocs develops

instant lab test kits, with results generated on the phone within 30 seconds.

Roles and responsibilities:

We are looking for a HIGHLY MOTIVATED candidate to lead our supply chain and operations. This role is a critical cog in our vision to make instant, affordable diagnostics accessible to every Indian. Responsibilities:

• Procurement & Sourcing: Identify and onboard reliable vendors; negotiate rates to optimize costs without sacrificing quality.
• Inventory Management: Maintain optimal stock levels of raw materials and finished goods. Implement "Just-in-Time" (JIT) or similar methodologies to reduce holding costs.
• Logistics & Dispatches: Manage domestic and/or international shipping. Track lead times and minimize transit delays.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Experience: 1+ years in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Manufacturing operations.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in ERP software (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite or equivalents) and advanced Excel skills.
• Problem Solving: A "figure it out" attitude when facing supply chain disruptions or logistics hurdles.
• Negotiation: Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and drive cost savings.
