Job summary

Eugenics Management Services (p) Ltd. is seeking a logistics coordinator to streamline inbound movement, warehousing, and documentation for medical equipment and related goods.

You will coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs, ensure accurate stock records, and maintain ISO 9001:2015 compliant processes. Be prepared to perform monthly inventory counts and ensure timely documentation.

Qualifications

• Professional / vocational / technical qualification in logistics management with an emphasis on inventory management and procurement.
• Any Graduate
• Working Knowledge of Tally software will be preferred
• Strong working knowledge of English and Hindi.

Responsibilities

• Inbound Activities: Facilitate an efficient coordination with foreign and domestic supplier for the movement of ordered goods.
• Warehousing: Receiving goods in warehouse ensuring supplied products properly matched with ordered items; ensure all supplies are properly stored as per SOP with an effective location tracking system; supervise daily entry and dispatch of from the Stock; ensure consistency of warehouse documentation and reporting; drive improvements in stock reporting accuracy for medical equipment inventories, spare parts and consumables; ensure physical inventories are conducted monthly and communicated to head of operations; supervise that the Warehouse is properly maintained per ISO standard, cleaning and security conditions are respected.

Role & responsibilities

Inbound Activities

• Facilitate an efficient coordination with foreign and domestic supplier for the movement of ordered goods.
• Review and preparation of inbound shipment documents, customs clearance documents
• Coordination with freight forwarder and customs agent for shipping and customs clearance of goods

Warehousing

• Receiving goods in warehouse ensuring supplied products properly matched with ordered items
• Ensure all supplies are properly stored as per SOP with an effective location tracking system
• Supervise the daily entry and dispatch of from the Stock.
• Ensure consistency of warehouse documentation and reporting.
• Drive improvements in stock reporting accuracy for medical equipment inventories, spare parts and consumables.
• Ensure physical inventories are conducted on a monthly basis and communicated to the head of operations.
• Supervise that the Warehouse is properly maintained as per ISO standard, cleaning and security conditions are respected.

Documentation

• Ensure that documentation is regularly updated and filed
• Maintain Waybills, Invoice, Packing List, Delivery Notes, BOE, GRN, Receipts of goods.

Communication

• Maintain a transparent, honest and supportive communication structure with colleagues to ensure they are kept informed of applicable logistical activities and requirements.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers, local authorities, Freight Forwarders, Courier Services and any other stakeholders and ensuring good co-operation and partnerships.

Quality & Compliance

• Ensure logistic department is compliant with ISO 9001:2015 guidelines, policies, and procedures, and adherent to any applicable guidelines.
• Ensure proper inventory management and tracking system

Preferred candidate profile
