Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree - B.Sc. Chemistry or chemistry background.
• 6-10 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain / Logistics / Procurement / Warehouse operations.
• Hindi language proficiency is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end supply chain activities, including procurement, inventory, logistics, dispatch and delivery.
• Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, warehouse teams and internal departments.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely availability of raw materials, packaging materials and finished goods.
• Plan and coordinate material movement and transportation.
• Track purchase orders, deliveries and supplier commitments.
• Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of materials/products.
• Monitor logistics costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
• Maintain accurate inventory and supply chain records.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Sales, Stores, Accounts and other departments.
• Handle supplier and transporter follow-ups and resolve delivery-related issues.
• Prepare MIS reports related to inventory, procurement, logistics and supply chain performance.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/software systems.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and external vendors.
• Candidates currently working in manufacturing or chemical industries will be preferred.
