In Planning & Forecasting, you will assist demand forecasting, coordinate with procurement, production, sales and logistics to ensure material availability, monitor buffer replenishment, and support monthly and quarterly planning reviews.

Inventory Management

• Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels across warehouses and locations.
• Track stock movements, inventory turnover, and aging inventory.
• Analyze slow-moving,non-moving, and obsolete inventory and recommend corrective actions.

Planning & Forecasting

• Assist in demand forecasting based on sales trends, historical data, and business requirements.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, sales, and logistics teams to ensure material availability.
• Monitor Buffer replenishment at all locations.
• Support monthly and quarterly planning reviews.

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Generate inventory and planning reports for management.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory days, stock outs, fill rate, and service level.
• Analyze inventory trends and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Maintain planning dashboards and reports.

Coordination & Process Improvement

• Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve material shortages.
• Support implementation of inventory control procedures and best practices.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to reduce inventory costs and improve service levels.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and inventory management standards.
