Job summary

Doveriye in Hyderabad seeks a seasoned supply chain professional to manage end-to-end operations from procurement to order fulfillment, planning inventory and coordinating with vendors, manufacturers, and logistics partners. You will negotiate terms and ensure optimal stock levels across warehouses and channels.

Responsibilities include overseeing warehousing, 3PL, replenishment for D2C and marketplaces, tracking POs, MIS reporting, and driving cost-saving improvements through SOPs and KPI

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end supply chain operations from procurement to order fulfillment.
• Plan inventory based on sales forecasts, demand, and business requirements.
• Manage procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
• Coordinate with vendors, manufacturers, suppliers, and logistics partners.
• Negotiate pricing, lead times, payment terms, and vendor agreements.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain optimum stock across warehouses and sales channels.
• Prevent stock-outs, excess inventory, and dead stock.
• Oversee warehouse operations, inwarding, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Manage 3PL and logistics partners and monitor delivery performance.
• Ensure timely replenishment across D2C and marketplaces.
• Track purchase orders, delivery schedules, inventory movement, and returns.
• Conduct regular inventory reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor supply chain costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Develop and implement SOPs for procurement, inventory, warehouse, and logistics.
• Track key supply chain KPIs and prepare regular MIS reports.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
• Coordinate with E-commerce, Finance, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Support teams.
• Ensure smooth supply planning for new product launches and promotional campaigns.
• Manage vendor performance and resolve supply-related issues.
• Use Excel/Google Sheets and ERP/inventory management systems for reporting and analysis.
• Ensure compliance with company processes, quality standards, and documentation requirements.
