Secret Alchemist in Mumbai, India is seeking an E-commerce Operations professional to manage day-to-day activities across online marketplaces. Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations.
• Hands-on experience with quick-commerce and/or marketplaces.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of inventory, order management and fulfilment.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets and basic data analysis.
• Detail-oriented, proactive and able to work in a fast-paced startup.

Responsibilities

• We’re looking for an E-commerce Operations professional to manage the day-to-day operations of our online business across marketplaces.
• What You’ll Do
• Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations including orders, inventory, catalogue and fulfilment.
• Ensure products, pricing, offers and content are accurately updated across channels.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, customer experience and marketing teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor orders, returns, cancellations and delivery issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Support product launches, campaigns and promotions across e-commerce platforms.
• Track key e-commerce metrics and prepare regular reports.
• Identify operational gaps and suggest ways to improve processes and customer experience.

What We’re Looking For

• 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably with a D2C/consumer brand.
• Hands-on experience with quick-commerce and/or marketplaces.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of inventory, order management and fulfilment.
• Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and basic data analysis.
• Someone who is detail-oriented, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Good to Have

• Experience in beauty, personal care, FMCG or other consumer brands.
• Experience with marketplaces such as Amazon, Nykaa, Myntra, etc.
• Familiarity with OMS, WMS or logistics platforms
