Job summary

Mahindra and Mahindra Limited is seeking a procurement professional in Maharashtra to coordinate with OEM-approved vendors for parts and consumables, expedite delivery to service locations, and ensure timely availability of materials.

The role requires BE/B.Tech, strong stakeholder management, dependency tracking, roadmaps, and leadership to align procurement with strategic objectives while ensuring compliance with policies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with OEM-approved vendors for parts and consumables.
• Expedite the delivery of parts at service location.
• Ensure timely availability of required materials. Monitor urgent and VOR (Vehicle Off Road) part requirements
• Ensure supplied materials meet OEM and dealership quality requirements. Address quality issues with vendors
• Ensure compliance with approved procurement policies
• Coordinate with Service Advisors, Workshop Controller, Parts Department, Body Shop, Finance, and Procurement teams
• Resolve supply-related issues impacting customer vehicle delivery
