• Track daily to yearly escalations with updated status.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive action items.
• Develop and maintain concern-resolution metrics and dashboards.
• Report progress to program leadership and management reviews.
• Facilitate connections with dealerships, customer care, and internal teams to ensure quick actions.

Job description

• Budgeting
• Cross functional Coordination : Facilitate problem-solving meetings and drive accountability for action items
• Escalation : Escalate critical concerns to senior management as & when required.
• Developing & Maintaining concern resolution metrics and dashboards.
• Report progress to program leadership and management reviews.
• Facilitate by connecting with Dealerships, customer care, PVT, PD, etc to ensure quick actions and support.
