Job Description

Responsibilities

• Continuously improve the delivery process and attain a sustained level of delivery performance improvement.
• Ensuring the team meets the productivity & quality
• Conduct daily team huddles
• Lead & develop individuals in the team through coaching and feedback
• Ensure timely feedback is provided to the team
• Required to create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures.
• Conduct regular audits to improve performance.
• Monitor health of the business through regular scanning of open searches.
• Conduct documented one‑on‑one sessions on individual performance trends.
• Recommend process improvements.
• Conduct relevant trainings for the team members to drive team's performance.
• Support Operations Manager in day‑to‑day operations.
