Job summary

Accurate Background in Hyderabad, India, is seeking a Senior Software Engineering Manager to lead a software development team responsible for our background screening platform. You will champion modern engineering practices, own technical strategy, and drive end-to-end delivery.

You will mentor engineers, steer cloud-native solutions on AWS, guide solution design, manage releases, and partner with product owners to align roadmaps with business opportunities in a fast-growing, globally

Qualifications
