Responsibilities:

• Conduct employment, education, and reference checks
• Ensure searches are processed as per client requirements/guidelines
• Maintain consistent quality and delivery
• Process, analyze, and document the information
• Meet SLAs and TAT
• Maintain integrity, discipline, and confidentiality as per company policies
• Ability to work in a team
• Willingness to do overtime whenever required

Qualifications:

• 1 to 2 years of experience in an International BPO & in Voice Process
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge required
• Willingness to work in night shifts
