Job summary

Accurate Background is seeking a Senior Software Engineering Manager to lead a software development team and drive end-to-end SDLC improvements. The role focuses on ownership, proactive problem-solving, and delivering customer-centric, scalable solutions across the ordering platforms.

You will champion AI-first engineering practices, oversee AI-assisted development, and collaborate with product owners to shape roadmaps that meet business challenges and market opportunities.

Qualifications

• Education- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Management experience - At least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Leadership - Proven experience mentoring and leading teams.
• Agile practices - Strong understanding of Agile or Scrum.
• Release management- Experience overseeing software releases.
• Cloud - Extensive experience with AWS or other cloud technologies.
