Job summary

Lifestyle International Private Limited is seeking a store operations professional to drive overall sales achievement at the Vegas Mall Lifestyle LS location. The role focuses on Pvt Label sales, stock clearance, and adherence to VM norms to ensure strong store performance.

The candidate should meet Graduation/B.Com. qualifications and contribute to NPS targets, engagement metrics, and attrition controls as part of the store team.

Qualifications

• Graduation (any stream) is preferred.
• Retail/Store operations exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Overall Sales achievement for the store
• Pvt Label Sales achievement for the store
• To be as per the norms
• 3 weekdays to clear the stock from floor - above 95%
• Scores as per the fortnight / quarterly shared by VM team
• Conversion %, ABQ to be as per the agreed norms
• NPS Score to be as per the agreed norms to be 85%
• People Engagement Activities as measured by Engagement Scores Above 88%
• Attrition should be below norms of regional Avg last FY and for the store
• Control staff absenteeism & ROTA effectiveness as per norms/ guidelines
