Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a staffing lead in the India region to manage workforce planning, demand projections, and scheduling. You will collaborate with project managers, ensure WFM compliance, and mentor associates to drive reliable KPI reporting and optimization of service delivery.

The role requires strong communication, scheduling coordination, and a solid understanding of MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint. Prior leadership experience is preferred to guide a team and uphold timelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in workforce management (WFM) with emphasis on demand planning and resource allocation.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to mentor and supervise junior team members.

• Track, monitor, record and analyze demand pipeline projections
• Coordinate with project managers to capture demand pipeline projections
• Ensure compliance with WFM business rules and regulatory requirements
• Timely update employee schedules and resolution of scheduling conflicts

• Reporting and analytics on business and Operational KPIs

Requirements

• Graduates with 4-7 years of relevant workforce management experience
• Understanding of technology skills, operational and financial aspects of service delivery
• Excellent domain knowledge in resource management, demand planning and MIS
• Strong execution skills with a focus on meeting timelines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Ideally, minimum of 1 year in people management and supervision
• Stakeholder management skills.
