Hinduja Tech Limited is seeking a Sunroof System Design Engineer in Pune to lead development from concept to production, focusing on mechanical, sealing, and actuation components. You will drive homologation compliance and coordinate with styling, body engineering, and manufacturing teams.

The ideal candidate has 6–8 years in automotive sunroof design, strong CAD skills (CATIA V5 preferred), and solid documentation capabilities to support drawings and BOMs.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sunroof System Design Engineer with proven experience in the design and development of sunroof systems for passenger vehicles. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of sunroof mechanisms, homologation standards, and manufacturing processes, and be capable of driving engineering activities from concept to production.

Experience Required: 6 to 8 Years

Education: B.E. in Mech/ Automotive / Production

Joining: Early joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of sunroof systems including mechanical, sealing, and actuation components.
• Ensure compliance with global homologation and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with styling, body engineering, and manufacturing teams for system integration.
• Create and validate CAD models, drawings, and BOMs.
• Conduct design reviews, DFMEA, and support prototype development and testing.
