Job summary

Algoleap Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Workforce Software to lead WT&A engagements. You will configure complex rules, troubleshoot production issues, and translate client requirements into scalable WFS configurations.

You will collaborate with client IT, offshore/onshore delivery teams, and other consultants to ensure successful delivery, while mentoring junior staff and presenting designs to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7–12 years of techno-functional consulting experience in Workforce Software Time & Attendance solutions.
• Workforce Software (WFS) Configuration/Integration Specialist certification or higher preferred.
• PT102, PT103 or equivalent certification preferred.
• Experience configuring complex business rules in WT&A like Policy Profiles, Pay Codes, Accruals, Premiums, Exceptions, Scheduling and Roles.
• Experience with scheduled scripts, LD imports, exports, and End-of-Period Processing support.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and client-facing communication skills.

• Serve as SME for WorkForce Software (WFS/ADP WorkForce Suite) across WT&A engagements.
• Lead configuration, troubleshooting, and production support of WT&A platforms.
• Translate business requirements into scalable WT&A configurations and designs.
• Write and maintain Oracle SQL queries for data management, validation, and remediation.
• Configure and support SSO/SAML integrations (Azure Entra ID).
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive delivery and resolve issues.
• Prepare client-facing materials and mentor junior consultants on WFS configurations.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate technical issues in business terms.

Serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Workforce Software (WFS/ADP Workforce Suite), leading implementation and support engagements across the Workforce Time & Attendance (WT&A) platform. Provides end-to-end expertise in configuration, integration development, troubleshooting, and production support. Partners with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable solutions, drive successful project delivery, and resolve complex issues across the WT&A ecosystem through a combination of technical expertise and client-focused consulting.

• Serve as SME for WorkForce Software (WFS/ADP WorkForce Suite), advising clients on best-practice configuration and design decisions
  
• Configure and troubleshoot complex business rules: Policy Profiles, Pay Codes, Accruals, Premiums, Exceptions, Basic Scheduling, and Roles
  
• Translate client business requirements into scalable WT&A configurations
  
• Write and maintain Oracle SQL queries for data management, validation, and remediation
  
• Configure and support SSO/SAML integrations (e.g., Azure Entra ID)
  
• Diagnose and resolve production issues — job log errors, mapping failures, API misuse, integration breaks
  
• Lead or support client workstreams across delivery lifecycle: requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and go-live support
  
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (client IT, other WFS consultants, offshore/onshore delivery teams) to drive workstream progress
  
• Prepare and deliver client-facing materials — status decks, design documents, functional specs
  
• Mentor junior consultants on WFS configuration and scripting standards
  
• Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate technical issues/solutions in business terms
  

Qualifications

Required Skills, Experience & Certifications

• Workforce Software (WFS) Configuration/Integration Specialist certification or higher is preferred.
  
• 7 to 12 years of experience as a techno-functional consultant in Workforce Software Time & Attendance solutions.
  
• PT102, PT103, or equivalent certification is preferred.
  
• Experience working with Workforce Software products, including:
  • Time & Attendance

  • Advanced Scheduler
    
  • Workforce Analytics
    
• Proven experience configuring complex business rules, including Policy Profiles, Pay Codes, Accruals, Premiums, Exceptions, Basic Scheduling, and Roles.
  
• Experience developing scheduled scripts, LD imports, generic and incremental exports, and supporting End-of-Period Processing (EOPP).
  
• Exposure to consulting engagements, Workforce Analytics, and interfaces/integrations is an added advantage.
