Job summary

Shadowfax Technologies is seeking a Sub Zonal Manager to monitor and enhance hub performance across designated hubs. You will lead peak-volume management, ensure timely shipments, and drive operational excellence through data-driven decisions and continuous process improvements.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder coordination, and hands-on oversight of attendance, manpower planning, and franchise partnerships to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage peak volume and ensure on-time pickup & delivery of shipments
• Coordinate & analyze hub capacity to allocate volume to hubs
• Decide hub locations as per geography to set up new hubs
• Support hub incharges in clearance of pendency
• Ensure 100% attendance of TLs & Rider Partners in hub
• Plan adhoc rider manpower via 3PL/Vendors/TLs with HIs
• Collaborate with HIs to improve performance
• Provide career progression for Team Leaders & Hub Incharges
• Maintain relationships with clients & vendors for smooth operations
• Ensure hub infrastructures are proper and inventory available
• View and analyze dashboards; act on data interpretations
• Drive hub performance and conduct visits & audits
• Coordinate with Franchise for franchise hub performance
• Identify and onboard new Franchise Partners and training
• Coordinate with BD/Operations & Finance to resolve queries and CODs
• Onboard Kirana/3PL vendors and resolve billing queries

Job description

Role: Sub Zonal Manager

Purpose of Role: To monitor the performance of the hubs designated under them

Roles & Responsibilities:

Decision Making

• Managing peak volume and ensuring to achieve on time pickup & delivery of shipments
• Coordinate & analyze the hub capacity to allocate volume to hubs
• Deciding hub locations as per geography knowledge to setup new hubs
• Supporting hub incharges in Clearance of pendency

People & Manpower Management

• Ensure 100% attendance of TLs & Rider Partners in hub
• Planning for adhoc manpower of riders through 3PL/Vendors/ Kirana or TLs with HIs
• Connecting with the HIs regarding improvement of their performance
• Providing Career progression for the Team Leaders & Hub Incharges
• Maintaining relationship with the clients & vendors to ensure smooth operations

Infrastructure Management

• Ensure that all the hub infrastructures are proper & accurate, in coordination with the Hub Incharge & Procurement team (during new hub opening)
• Ensuring availability of infrastructure & inventory

Data Interpretation

• Ensure that the dashboard is viewed & analyzed
• Decisions to be taken upon data interpretation & analysis

Performance Management

• Ensuring smooth functioning of hubs
• Performance management of the hubs in BIC
• Providing feedback & guidance for improving hub performance
• Conducting training sessions, mentoring and updating new processes across the hubs
• Engaging the teams with regular hub visits & audits

Franchise Management

• Ensuring BIC performance of Franchise hubs and guiding franchisees for improving operations & performance
• Proactively assessing, clarifying and validating the needs of franchise
• Identification of new Franchise Partners to onboarding and training
• Coordinating with internal stakeholders i.e. BD, Operations & Finance Team for solving queries of Franchise and improve performance
• Follow up with Franchise for on time COD closure
• Identification of Fraud activity and taking action

Onboarding other Delivery Channel - Kirana/3PL Vendor

• Real Time solve of queries like Billing, call out , Night Incentive, any revocation in billing
