Job summary

NIIT Foundation in Bengaluru is seeking a proactive candidate to engage with prospective and current students, provide information, and manage follow-ups across programs and events.

You will maintain student records, generate MIS reports, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve queries within set timelines.

Qualifications

• 12th /Graduate in any discipline.
• Basic computer proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
• Very Good typing speed with high accuracy and data uploading on portals.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work within timelines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Make calls to students and prospective students to provide information and maintain regular engagement.
• Follow up with students regarding enquiries, registrations, admissions, programs, events, and other engagement activities.
• Capture student feedback, concerns, suggestions, and overall experience through calls and other communication channels.
• Maintain and regularly update student databases, interaction records, follow-up status, and other MIS details.
• Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on calls, follow-ups, feedback, registrations, and conversions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address student queries, resolve concerns, and ensure timely follow-up and closure.
