Profile Responsibilities

• Counsel students regarding MBBS abroad, including course selection, MCI‑recognized medical colleges abroad, programme selection, scheduling classes, and career planning.
• Give advice and guidance to students on academic, career and personal issues; identify appropriate medical career options and assist them with analysis of each option, including possible outcomes and their implications.
• Maintain accurate and complete student records and adhere to administrative regulations; ensure systematic maintenance of the database.
• Analyse the mindset of students interested in MBBS admission abroad.
• Explain the benefits of pursuing MBBS in foreign countries.
• Provide accurate information about MBBS admission abroad programmes, courses, colleges and universities in countries such as Bangladesh, China, Georgia, Germany, Hungary, Nepal, Philippines, Russia, UK, Ukraine.
• Motivate and encourage candidates to take up the course.
• Regularly call interested customers to increase the rate of walk‑ins every day and strengthen the roll of registered students.
• Identify key strategies and develop executable programmes that ensure the sales team meets company goals.
• Lead initiatives to design and manage programmes that drive sales and improve education customer experience.
• Conduct regular and systematic follow‑up via phone calls, messaging and e‑mail.
• Provide timely reporting to the Manager.
